When we think beer, we certainly don't think healthy, but beer lovers could be in for a real treat with a new, probiotic beer that boosts the immunity and that's good for the gut.
According to VitalUpdates.com, researchers at the National University of Singapore created a new, sour beer that contains the live probiotic strain, Lactobacillus paracasei, taken from human intestines. The probiotic can neutralize toxins and viruses, help mantain a strong immune system in check and ward off deadly diseases.

Say the word probiotic. What comes to mind? Tablets, yogurt, lemon water? Let's just say- we'd never consider beer. But with this new discovery, you don't have to feel guilty anymore for enjoying a beer or two, or three!
