Well, you knew it was bound to happen. Apple does their annual, September launch of new products, and you get stories of people already "camping" out for them. In this case, a man is camping out JUST TO PRE-ORDER the new iPhone.
Now these days are all-but-gone, but I remember as a teenager "camping out" for concert tickets. The first time it was for The Jackson's "Victory Tour," and the second was for Van Halen's first tour with Sammy Hagar as the lead singer.
Never a regret for either one.
But this guy at Apple? You've gotta think he'll look back one day and go, "You know...it probably wasn't necessary for me to do this. I'll never get that time back."
