Carrie Underwood Just Opened Up About Her Injuries She Sustained After Fall

Ask any Carrie Underwood fan and they will tell you they miss seeing Carrie Underwood's social media posts and photos.

It's no secret that since the country star fell outside her home in November, her social media posts have been few and far between.

In a letter to her fans, Underwood revealed that during the fall she also sustained injuries to her face that required her to have 40 to 50 stitches inserted.

The letter was sent out to her fan club. Country Rebel transcribed the letter on their website.

In a heartfelt post, Underwood described the ordeal as life-changing. She went on to say that she currently does not look the same as she did before the fall and that when she is ready to go in front of a camera, she wanted her fans to know she may look a bit different.

Underwood is still healing from the fall, and she is extremely thankful that her injuries were not worse.

Her last up close shot was posted a few days ago. At the time we did not think anything of it that most of her face was covered in a scarf, but now it makes sense that Carrie was covering her injuries from the fall.
