Darius Rucker's evolution from Hootie & the Blowfish pop/rocker to country crooner can now be considered a full-circle experience.
Rucker and John Mellencamp will team up for the latest installment of CMT Crossroads set to premiere this month.
The show was taped at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena in February, and the pair will join forces on Rucker's "Alright," "Wagon Wheel," "If I Told You," and even the 1994 Hootie & the Blowfish hit "Hold My Hand."
As for Mellencamp's catalog, expect performances of "Grandview," "Cherry Bomb" and "Pink Houses," among others.
CMT Crossroads: John Mellencamp and Darius Rucker airs March 24 at 10pm ET on CMT.
